No. You can use any alias in the group. Your real identity stays only with us, confidentially.
How many people are in a group?+
6 to 8 men per cohort. Small enough to feel safe, large enough to hear different perspectives.
What happens after I fill the form?+
We'll WhatsApp you within 24 hours for a quick 15-minute intro call. No pressure โ just to get to know each other.
Are sessions recorded?+
No. Nothing is recorded. What's said in the group stays in the group.
Is the therapist qualified?+
Yes. Our therapist is trained and certified, with specific experience in men's mental health.
What happens after three sessions?+
After your 3 sessions, we'll share what's available next โ whether that's another cohort, 1:1 support, or just leaving with what you've gained. No pressure either way.
When and where do sessions happen?+
Sessions are on Zoom. Timing is coordinated with your cohort. One session per week.
What language are the sessions in?+
Hindi and English โ whatever feels most natural. You won't have to switch or explain yourself.
